Use the California DOJ’s “Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Company” form. The page is intended for complaints about a business or company, including consumer disputes.
Gather the sweepstakes casino’s information
Before starting, collect the company name, website URL, mailing address (if available), customer support email, app name, and any parent-company information. The form asks for business information, including the company name, address, phone number, email address, and website.
Save your evidence
